Oh, how I miss my little New Orleans head! I’m so happy to see new things here, even if one is a semi-professional sounding disclaimer. I had a dream about being at a salon with Danielle’s familiy and buying sheet music at a store, then having all of it blow away as I drove off inmy ferrari. Ha. ridiculous. I just made 3 lbs. worth of ganache today!
